Apartment Location:

The apartment is located in a listed building, namely the 'Vecchio Mulino Pantanella di Roma' (the old Pantanella pasta factory), which is just 50 metres from Piazza Porta Maggiore (one of the city's Ancient Roman gates). In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Colosseum, and in 5 minutes by bus you can be at Manzoni Metro station, or a further 5-minute journey at Termini Station, Rome's main transport hub.

Also in the same building is Residence Colosseo, which offers similar accommodation and could be ideal for larger groups who wish to be located close by.

Apartment Description:

The apartment is identical to Residence Colosseo. The apartment is 65 square metres in size and comprises of two bedrooms, in one of the bedrooms it is possible to replace the bed with single beds if required. In the living area there is a new, comfortable sofa bed, the kitchenette provides all the necessary equipment to be able to prepare all types of meals and the bathroom has been fitted out with a bathtub. The building has a lift/elevator and garage parking is also available in the same building (on request at 15 Euros per day). Minimum stay of 3 nights.

From Termini Train Station:
By Bus:
Go to to Piazza dei Cinquecento outside the station and take bus route 14 (in the direction of Togliatti, ca. every 12 minutes) or bus route 15 (in the direction of Gerani, ca. every 7 minutes) and get off at Piazza Porta Maggiore. Cross the arch and walk along 'Via Casilina' which you will find in front of you.
By Metro
Take the Metro A line in the direction of Anagnina and get off at the San Giovanni stop. Follow on foot until Piazza Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. After a few metres pass the arch on the right and head right into Via Casilina and continue along this road until you reach the building. If you want to take the Metro B line, get off at Termini Train Station, change to the Metro A and follow the above instructions.
From Fiumicino Airport:
Go to the FS train station inside the Terminal 'Leonardo Da Vinci' and take the train 'Leonardo Express' to Termini Train Station (departs every 30 minutes and cost 14 Euros). There is only one stop. Then follow the 'From Termini Train Station' directions.
From Ciampino Airport:
Take the bus operated by CO.TRA.L or the shuttle bus to Termini Train Station (lasts 40 minutes and costs 8/10 Euros) and then follow the 'From Termini Train Station' instructions. Alternatively, Ciampino Airport is situated a few stops from the end of the line of Metro A, so if you prefer, head to Ciampino Station and take the bus to Anagnina and the Metro A and then follow the 'By Metro' directions above.
By Car:
Take the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) until exit 14 and then take the Tangenziale Est in the direction of 'Eur-San Giovanni' until you arrive in the city. At the second traffic lights turn right and pass the arch. Turn right and pass the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, go through the arch and turn right into Via Casilina.
Alternatively, take the G.R.A. exit 27 and continue to 'Cristoforo Colombo' road in the direction of the centre ('centro'). Pass the 'Baths of Caracalla' (Terme di Caracalla) until you arrive at the Basilica of San Giovanni. Carry on and pass the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, go through the arch and turn right into Via Casilina.
